Announcements
2008-01-11: Rutherford Scattering is not included in the final exam.
2007-12-03: Today’s lectures are cancelled. We will schedule two extra lectures at a later time.
2007-11-28: Change of exam date: 2nd Midterm will be held in class on December 17th.  Note that exam will start at 13:20 sharp.  Extra lecture on Dec 3rd at 17:00 in KB316.  Review lecture on Dec 12th at 17:00 (room assignment will be announced)
2007-11-14: Lectures will start at 13:20 (10 minutes earlier)
2007-11-05: Extra lecture. 5pm on Nov 5th. Review for midterm material.
2007-10-22: No problem session on Oct 23rd.  Extra lecture at 5pm on October 24th (room assignment will be announced)  Due date of the 3rd problem set is extended until 5pm October 24th.
2007-10-08: 1st midterm will be held in class on November 7th
2007-10-08: There will be no lecture on October 15th and 17th. Instead, we will have two  extra lectures during the problem sessions which will be chosen later in the term
2007-09-24: We will have block lectures: 13:30-14:50 on Mondays and Wednesdays
2007-09-24: Read Chapter 1 of BFG (our textbook)
